The officers' house is a stone multi-storey building with a tower and is the official version of the architecture of the Soviet neoclassic. It differs by a clear planning, monumentality and laconicism of facades, modesty and beauty of interiors. Refers to the typological circle of buildings (cultural, entertainment, administrative and educational), erected for the organizations of the Red Army in the 1930s.
